This project comprises a single 19,450m2 warehouse of 750 steel tonnage. Garnering sustainability as a high priority on the design agenda, the development is targeting an ECP A+ and a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, as well as a ‘Net Zero Target Build.’
